Along the route, it will connect to the existing wastewater network, which will divert flows and overflows into the tunnel.**

**What you will be doing**:
Working as part of a close-knit team you will assist in all underground works including the production and maintenance of the TBM - this work will include the installation of tunnel brackets, rails, and service pipes, the preparation of segments for installation of dowels, and check gaskets together with other tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Some of the things you may get involved with but may not be limited to the following
- Be aware of daily programme and production requirements
- Assist the TBM crew where needed
- Work closely with the Erector Operator and SDD (Segment Delivery Device) in the TBM
- Assist with the loading and unloading of the muck in the wagons
- Complete appropriate documentation such as timesheets, daily logs and any other relevant reporting requirements
- Be physically fit for underground work and comfortable working in confined spaces
- Have the flexibility to work shifts which may include overnights and weekends
- Experience working on a construction site or have worked underground
- Willingness to upskill and help the team in other areas when required
- Full Class 1 Driver's Licence
- Construct Safe ideal but not essential as we will provide this qualification
- Relevant endorsements/licenses

All successful applicants will be required to undertake a Ministry of Justice and pre-employment drug and medical checks.
