**Key responsibilities**
- Determination of packaging process capability and identification of line constraints
- Implement and Continuously Drive maturity of Asahi Way Lean programme across the Packaging Department and support whole site on its journey to world class.
- Ensure all packaging activities lead to maximizing customer service at the lowest supply chain cost, by developing and executing a continuous improvement plan.
- Ensure operational input into capital projects to maximise efficiency post implementation.
- Continuous identification and elimination of waste in the packaging value streams.
- Improve organisation effectiveness through the development and deployment of solutions to improve productivity and drive a performance culture.

**About You**
- Degree qualifications in Management, Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in manufacturing environment preferably in FMCG.
- A demonstrated achievement of improvement & change in a traditional manufacturing environment.
- Experience with other continuous improvement programs e.g. Lean, Six Sigma.
- Sound leadership and people management experience
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong business and financial acumen
