Play a critical role in designing and implementing strategies for leadership development across Fire and Emergency NZ.

**Mō tēnei tūranga - About the role**
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Advisor in leadership development. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering leadership development programmes at all levels of our organisation, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to integrate leadership development initiatives into broader organisational strategy and change programmes.

The salary range for this position will be appointed between $107,062 - $118,958.

- A proven track record in programme design, delivery and evaluation.
- Ability to work cross-functionally as part of a wider Organisational Development team
- A strong grasp of leadership development trends, research and best practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
