Due to internal movement, we are looking for a positive support specialist to join our Catchment Management directorate Based at our Hamilton office, this varied administrative role will provide support to our Regional Resilience team. This is a flexible full-time role, 40 hrs per week.

**Mō te tūranga | About the role**

You will be responsible for providing effective support to our Regional Resilience team. This team is tasked with emergency responses and managing risks to our environment and communities. Your tasks may include:

- Receipting / Purchasing
- Formatting documentation, and keeping material up to date.
- Meeting & event support, including taking minutes and actioning process updates.
- Managing the flood response team roster

**_Mō ngā pūkenga | Qualifications and experience _**
- _~5 years’ experience in business support / administration _
- _High level of communication skills, both written and verbal _
- _Able to provide advice, interpretation and understanding of procedural requirements to others _
- _Experience in taking comprehensive meeting minutes _
- _Able to research and analyse information _
- _High level of attention to detail, able to follow a legal documentation workflow process _
