**About the role**
As a Product Owner, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our initiatives from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with customer needs and strategic goals throughout the product delivery lifecycle.
Your duties will include:
- Identifying and communicating specific, measurable OKRs for the initiative
- Representing the Voice of the Customer, including leading discovery, requirements gathering and acceptance of what is delivered.
- Collaborating closely with VTS engineers, domain experts and others to refine high level requirements into build-ready work and testable acceptance criteria.
- Building and maintaining a prioritised backlog of build-ready work for the initiative
- Reporting on initiative issues, risks and dependencies as necessary
As a valued member of the VTS Product practice you will also:
- Help shape the Diverge product roadmap.
- Utilise metrics to gauge product and company performance.
- Participate in driving the Diverge product strategy forward, seeking product-market fit, analyzing competitors and staying ahead of industry trends.
**Who we are looking for**
We’re in search of a highly skilled and motivated Product Owner with the following experience:
- Demonstrable results in past roles as a Product Owner in an Enterprise or software product company
- Product Delivery experience in Scaled Agile environments Scrum ways of working, clear definition and refinement of Epics and User Stories, demonstrated effectiveness managing conflicting priorities and customer requirements
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles with activities such as product discovery work, business process analysis and relationship-building.
- Domain experience and/or active interest preferred in electrification, smart metering, electricity distribution, electrical engineering, cloud native software development preferred.
