We are the Cummins Engine Dealer for Marlborough, Otago and Southland, we are a SouthPac Trucks Ltd Dealer, supporting the premier brands of DAF, Kenworth and TRP products in Marlborough, Canterbury, Central Otago and Southland. Our workshops are modern, with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, including the latest diagnostic tools. Our parts department provide diverse products and high stock turn over, leading the industry. We support the road transport industry, are growing rapidly, and we are part of the Dynes Transport and HW Richardson Group.
The Job Transport Repairs are in search for Fleet Service Coordinator. the person will need to be a people person as you will be dealing with our fleet service contracts on a day to day basis. You will be looking after our customer fleets ensuring they are well looked after.

**The role**
Liaising with fleet companies about their transport units and coordinating repairs and services. Open job cards for fleet vehicles and work with workshop manager to book this work in with the workshop. Updating EROAD information accurately. Ensure parts for the fleet vehicles are available through parts department. Determine if repairs are under warranty prior to opening job card. Maintain a filing system for fleet vehicles, including keeping service sheets recorded on file ready for access. Dealing with customers on a regular basis. Picking up and dropping off fleet vehicles (trucks and trailers).
**Skills & Experience**
This would ideally suit someone that knows trucks and trailers, maybe a mechanic wanting to get off the tools and has a great positive approach to customers. Demonstrate a passion for working around heavy diesel vehicles. Ideally have a class 5 license or would be willing to obtain through our company training programme. A positive work ethic with the ability to work as part of a team and independently. Be prepared to work within Transport Repairs H&S guidelines and policies at all times.
