**About the Role**
As a Demand Planner for Dulux Paints and Coatings you will manage, maintain and develop the Demand Management processes within Dulux NZ to provide accurate data for the Operations and Planning Team to satisfy Dulux NZ financial and customer service objectives. This role is based in Wellington, if you're outside of Wellington and looking for a change, we would love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the relationship between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technical and Operations
- Contribute and conform with the company SHE objectives
- Manage the forecasting process for Retail, Trade, Woodcare, PC and Textures business units in consultation with the Marketing and Finance teams
- Preparation and management of all monthly demand review meetings and co-ordination of meeting outcomes and minutes
- Provide analysis relating to the accuracy of the SAP forecast and alignment to the financial forecast
- Take a leadership role to develop and improve the forecasting processes - identify solutions for improvement to methods, measures and processes.
