Are you a visionary brand leader ready to shape one of New Zealand’s most loved brands? We’re on the lookout for an inspiring **Head of Brand & Trade Marketing** to lead the charge and bring our brand vision to life.

**About the Role**

As the guardian of the Mitre 10 brand, you’ll drive brand preference and emotional connection across both consumer and trade audiences. You’ll lead a talented team of marketers, craft integrated marketing strategies and deliver high-impact campaigns that resonate with our customers and communities.

This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll:

- Champion our brand identity and evolve our brand architecture.
- Lead the development of promotional calendars and content strategies.
- Drive community engagement through initiatives like Helping Hands.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including agency partners, Store Members, and the Executive Leadership Team.
- Play a key role in shaping our marketing strategy and broader business direction.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- At least 10 years experience in senior marketing roles, with experience across B2C and B2B.
- A proven track record in brand management (7+ years).
- Expertise in agency management, campaign delivery, and budget oversight.
- A passion for data-driven marketing and customer engagement.
- A degree in Marketing or a related field.
