**What will you do?**
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Administrator to join our Learning and Development team. In this key role, you will keep all things learning running smoothly and ensure our learners have a great experience.
As part of the L&D team, you'll support the planning, delivery, and administration of learning initiatives across Ryman. From scheduling workshops to coordinating learning systems and responding to team queries, you'll be the go-to person behind the scenes helping everything come together.
You'll also have opportunities to grow your skills in content creation, digital learning, and project support - with a team that's here to back your development.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating learning sessions, including scheduling, invites, logistics, and communications
- Keeping learning records up to date and accurate in our systems
- Assisting in the preparation of learning materials and resources - both digital and print
- Assist with the monitoring of feedback and data to ensure great learner experiences
- Jumping in on projects and content work as you build your confidence and capability
