Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
As an Advisor in the Office, you will be supporting Directors, Group Managers and Managers across the group with a range of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the group. Tasks are as varied as reviewing papers, booking travel, logging information requests and coordinating monthly reporting. You will be a key member of a support team.
You may have previous experience in an advisory or coordinator role, or a willingness to learn on the job and gain new skills.

You are naturally organise, someone who is able to solve problems while working at pace. You're known for having high levels of initiative and a proactive approach to managing work and competing priorities. You build strong relationships and support colleagues in their mahi.
This job will have lots of variety, and you are the kind of person who is happy to jump on tasks and help your colleagues with projects when needed.

This role requires and/or would benefit from the following
- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a willingness to learn and grow
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to problem solve
- Experience and comfort working in a fast-paced environment whilst also demonstrating critical thinking and sound judgement

This role can be based in Auckland or Wellington. Flexible work options available, with a preference for you to be office based three days a week.
