**The Role**

Our exceptional people see everything as an opportunity and are always striving to make more from milk. Right now, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Lead to join our busy team.

In this role, you will assist in the improvement of Overall Equipment Efficiency to maximise profit to the business and better utilise our state-of-the-art plant and equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

- The ability to lead, develop and motivate large teams
- Using your analytical problem-solving skills to implement processing solutions
- Working within the Integrated Work System framework to identify losses
- Taking the lead on quality issues and completing investigations
- Implementing and sustaining improved processes and practices
- Building capability of plant teams

**Qualifications**
- Ideally you will have a relevant degree, engineering or science is preferred or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in dairy manufacturing environment.

**Skills and Experience**
- 5 years’ experience in business systems and analysis
- Ability to accurately collate/analyse data and lead improvement groups
- Well developed organisational, administrative skills and time management skills

This is a full-time position with hours of work being Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.
