**About the role | He korero whakamarama mo tenei turanga**
- Working with clients and their families to understand their needs, developing personalised packages of care and support that meets their requirements
- Delivering exceptional communication and care to clients and their families, ensuring a positive and personalised experience for all involved
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating regularly to provide updates on matters that relate to the care and support they receive
- Understand client needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within NZHG
- Carer scheduling and coordinating care for Clients to ensure clients receive the best possible care

- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the board
- Ability to follow up on all new client leads and successfully converting them into clients
