Join our Operational Optimisation team as a Business Process Specialist. The Operational Optimisation team drive the transformation and optimisation of people, process and technology, through the delivery and support of process improvement. You will lead end to end process improvement initiatives from design to implementation and embed sound business process management practices across Enterprise Operations and wider Kiwibank.

Using structured problem-solving techniques you will identify root cause issues and deliver solutions through process and technology that give improved customer, people and business outcomes. This role will also see you facilitate training and education to grow enterprise capability and collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvements.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:

- Proven experience in leading end to end process improvement initiatives.
- You’ll need to have a good understanding of core business process and the key principles and techniques of quality improvement using business improvement methodologies, e.g. Lean Six Sigma, Vanguard.
- Able to collect and use data to quantify problems or opportunities, uses an analytical approach to identifying core issues and able to build a fact-base that can be used to size and select the right solution.
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels and lead enterprise operational or project work groups and/or facilitate training and education.
- Knowledge or experience in home lending or the banking industry would be useful
