Grow you banking career and join our small diverse Business Cards and Merchant team at Kiwibank. As a Business Card and Merchant Specialist you will:

  • Manage the customer phone line, email, and Service Now Dashboard.
  • Support customers with conducting product analysis and providing merchant product services tailored to our customers' needs.
  • Manage risk compliance, documentation and fraud investigations.
  • Assess applications, complete contracts, and check compliance (including PCI and credit checks).
  • Create Business Credit cards and load the cards into the system.
  • Handle maintenance request for both Business Cards and Merchants
  • Deliver daily updates to stakeholders, customers, and internal teams on status, approvals, and request timelines.
  • Contribute to the team's continuous improvement projects.

This is a one-year fixed term contract opportunity.

  • Prior banking experience in contact centre, branch or banking operations is preferred.
  • Strong numeric capability and advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is beneficial.
  • High attention to detail with good investigative skills to pick up anomalies.
  • Good communication and ability self-manage your workload.
