Branch Manager/senior Account Manager

Our Branch Manager/Senior Account Manager has decided to head to the Bay of Plenty and has left us in need of a replacement. The Canon Taranaki branch has two dedicated technicians and a full time Account Manager, the successful applicant will join a well established Brand and staff that enjoy working together.
Our goal is to find a highly motivated, proactive, energetic and customer-focused Branch Manager/Senior Sales Consultant to sell VoiP and Photocopier equipment with a can-do attitude in our Canon New Plymouth Branch in NZ. Our expectation is to have the successful applicant spend a third of their times in Management and the remainder on selling Phone system and Photocopier Equipment to existing and new clients.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- CopierWorld requires the skills of an experienced sales representative. The job position includes the following duties and responsibilities reasonably incidental to these:
- Identifying clients requirements.
- Proposing a workable recommendation for the client
- Offering IT Support over the phone.
- Determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to clients need.
- Installing hardware and software according to requirements.
- Troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
- Provide customer service skills in selling product and service.
- Proven sales history in Office equipment sales
- Good knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems
- At least three years’ experience in a sales environment
- Focus on delivering high quality customer service with excellent communication skills
- Be able to identify a solution to a client’s needs regarding their ICT requirements. The solution may be hardware, software and/or service based.
