**About the Role**:
This position is core to the success of our sales function.

You will be accountable for developing and maintaining key relationships, with a focus on growing both business and mindshare across select large enterprise and/or government customers.

Developing networks, both internally and externally, will be second nature to you. Being able to bring together the best of Spark to deliver fantastic customer outcomes that will help them win big in a digital world is what it's all about.

**Key Skills**:

- 10+ years' experience in senior sales and account management with consistent success and achievement in Digital sales. Experience in the Enterprise and/or Government sectors is preferable
- Strong customer focus, identifying solutions that help our customers deliver better business outcomes for all New Zealanders
- Record of accomplishment through high-level strategic engagements including relationship management (to a CXO level) and account planning using key sales tools
- An outcome-oriented customer focus with the ability to grow existing customers and convert new leads
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, including ability to craft bids and win competitive pitches
