**About the Role**

We're seeking a dynamic People & Capability Advisor to join our team in Lower Hutt. This is more than just a job; it's a true generalist role that offers you the chance to immerse yourself in all facets of HR, contributing to a positive employee experience and driving company performance.

- Provide generalist HR advisory services with a broad-ranging scope.

**What We're Looking For**
- A minimum of 2 years' generalist HR experience at an advisory level.
- A pragmatic approach with excellent listening skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Retail/commercial understanding is a plus.

- Support the development and roll out of strategic and change projects.
