This role will be to champion the use of asset information systems and the principles of best practice (ISO 55000/IIMM) whilst working in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to initiate, develop and continually improve the management of asset data.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To support the development of a fully integrated Enterprise Asset Management approach to data and information management in collaboration with BT and the wider IN Division
- Use Enterprise Asset Management tools (INFOR, RAMM, SPM, etc.) to deliver the required asset information analysis and reporting to the Chief Engineer and Asset Management group and/or other relevant stakeholders
- Work with the Senior and Principal Asset Information Analysts to support asset information improvement projects
- Document asset information processes according to the required standards and best practice

**What are we looking for?**
- Degree in a relevant field and/or relevant proven experience in using corporate databases and information systems.
- At least 3 years relevant work experience in data analysis and database management.
- Extensive knowledge of SPM, RAMM, Infor and other asset systems, and their relevance to effective asset management planning
- Understanding of the works and processes of asset management in local government, including current and future business drivers and statutory requirements.
