Work with a large ministry who strive to support and improve the social well being for all New Zealanders. With designated projects and work-stream working across all areas of well being and community improvement at local and national levels.

**About the role**:
Several positions are available with teams that can leverage your experience and commitment to improving social outcomes for all New Zealanders, whether you prefer picking through legislation and ensure regulations are easy to follow for our public bodies to. Maybe you enjoy building frameworks that allow for streamlined service delivery to ensure those who need help can access it faster and even strategic development with counterparts across cross-ministerial projects.

**About you**:

- Policy experience with social improvement lens
- Confident writer, capable of independently producing reports and briefs when needed
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and strategic development skills
- Strong machinery of government knowledge and experience
- Support and mentor Policy Analysts
- Commitment to and respect for the principles of Te Tiri o Waitangi Aotearoa
