**We're Hiring Full-Time Sales Assistant - Stirling Sports Tauranga Crossing**

**Position: Full-Time Sales Assistant**
**Location: Tauranga Crossing, Tauriko**
**Availability: Must be available to work across the full week (including weekends and public holidays)**
**Experience: Minimum 2 years in retail sales is essential**

**What We’re Looking For**:
At least **2 years of proven retail sales experience**
A **passion for people and product** - you're confident in connecting with customers and helping them find what they need
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A **team player** who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
**Full availability across the week**, including weekends and late nights
A love for sportswear, sneakers, and leading brands like Nike, Adidas, Champion & more

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Engaging with customers and delivering outstanding service
- Hitting daily and weekly sales targets
- Merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards
- Learning about new product drops and sharing your knowledge with customers
- Working collaboratively with a tight-knit team to keep the energy high and the store running smoothly
