We currently have an opportunity for a Case Coordinator**. **This role sits in our ‘WorkAon’ division, which supports people who have suffered ACC injuries ensuring effective injury management, rehabilitation, and return to work.

**Day-to-day your role may include**:

- Making initial contacts to injured workers to discuss their claim
- Supporting Case Managers with administrative tasks
- Liaising with healthcare professionals, providers, employers, and ACC
- Claim administration

**About you**
This is a busy role that would be suited to someone who enjoys being busy, is happy to lend a helping hand where needed, and is comfortable changing priorities and switching between tasks.

**We will be looking for**:

- Great customer services skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven organizational and administration skills
- Sensitivity and empathy

**This role would suit those with**:

- Call Centre experience, looking for the next step
- Previous ACC experience
- Claims administration
- Medical receptionist/administrator looking for a change
