This fast paced position is responsible for leading our wider Field Sales team stationed across the country and focuses on leading your team to maintain and build strong customer relations whilst tracking and hitting desired sales targets. You will be someone who is motivated by a challenge, who is a people leader focused on your teams success and growth in their roles and in their territory portfolios. With the goal at front of mind you are someone focused on the long term success of the Sales function.

**This role will see you;**
- Leading the Sales team to achieve the volume and margin targets set by the company
- Working closely with the Business Managers to ensure that results and strategies align with market conditions and robust business practices.
- Completing on the road ride along visits with the team to support, coach and assist in achieving regional sales targets.
- Training and developing the wider team with a focus on talent growth.
- Managing and allocating stock for charity and community run initiatives with the support of the Sales Administrator.
- Working closely with the wider Sales and Marketing leadership team to improve on sales metrics and overall profitability.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that operational and business relationships and practices, are maintained and fostered for the benefit of the company
- Monitoring market shifts and movements to execute appropriate measures to ensure continued deliverables.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Minimum 5 Years in a fast paced FMCG environment.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a Sales leadership role
- Proven sales success with high volume and quick turnover products.
- High level of numeracy and literacy skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work constructively across multiple stakeholders and levels.
- Excellent negotiation skills including strong ability to sell and ‘close the deal’
- Ability to collaborate and think quickly to deliver solutions.
