**The Role**

The Senior Systems Engineer role is centred on building, maintaining, and troubleshooting core infrastructure solutions & working with professional service clients. Managing and monitoring all MSP client systems using the company's RMM platform. You will be delivering mission critical client infrastructure and ensuring high levels of availability, performance, and security, as well as achieving set client SLA system improvements.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Provide all Senior levels of client support
- Managing and monitoring all installed client systems and infrastructure
- Ensuring the highest levels of client systems and infrastructure availability - achieving client set SLA
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Implementing and supporting VOIP and SOIP solutions
- Attending training courses on topic's the company deems necessary (such as M365)
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Project analyst & consultancy for clients with support of Technical Relationship Managers, Technical Analysts, Operations Manager and CTO.
- Implement client projects, train clients, document solutions and organise handover & on-boarding.
- Onsite & call-outs - break-fix and support
