- Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE) Level 7 or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Enterprise OR proven equivalent experience
- Proven experience in configuring and managing switches, firewalls and routers
- Experience in WAN based routing technologies such as BGP added advantage
- Experience with the use of automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform and the concepts of Infrastructure-as-Code to manage network elements
- Ability to work as a member of a project team, taking responsibility for delivering significant portions of detailed designs given an existing high level design
- Proven technical leadership experience, a good team player, and a coach and mentor
- Proven documentation skills and experience with cyber security processes
- Proven experience in ITIL and IT service management
