We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to join our team. This is a key support role, working closely with our internal stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination across operations, business development, and marketing team.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Supporting the Operations team with business development leads and initiatives
- Assisting the Business Development team with tracking and coordinating leads in HubSpot
- Liaising with the Marketing team to align on campaigns, updates, and materials
- Gathering client information and insights to support bids, proposals, and decision-making
- Coordinating post-sale activities, including facilitating the handover process to operations
- Conducting research to support new opportunities and strategic planning
- Ensuring timely and accurate data entry and reporting

**What we’re looking for**:

- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on internal stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience an advantage)
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
- Experience in a similar coordination, business support, or administration role is beneficial
