We're looking for a Business Improvement Lead to assist with enhancing our systems, processes, and decision making through smart, practical solutions. In this role, you will play a key part in rolling out new business systems, identifying opportunities to make our operations run more efficiently. You'll work with a range of internal stakeholders such as senior leadership, operations and team managers and field workers, translating technical data into meaningful, actionable outcomes.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Leading the rollout of new business systems from planning through to implementation
- Turning data into clear insights that drive decision making and improve overall performance
- Building strong relationships across all levels of the business
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and supporting teams to embed lasting change
- National travel to set up for new mobilisations will be required at the approximate frequency of every 2 to 3 months

**What we're looking for**:

- Proven experience implementing or rolling out business systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior leaders, operations and team management and field staff
- Ability to translate data into practical and actionable insights
- Technical capability across the Microsoft suite
