**Client Executive - FINPRO**

**What can you expect?**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a **Client Executive** to join Marsh in Auckland. Working within the FINPRO team, you will be responsible for the growth, profitability and client satisfaction of a book of business containing complex priority accounts. This includes managing and developing client relationships, acting as the client's trusted advisor, pursuing new business development, and expanding and diversifying the mix of Marsh products and services the client holds. You will also lead a group of experienced, professional individual contributors, providing them with guidance to achieve results.

**We will count on you to**:

- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring that a high degree of quality customer service is provided to all clients at all times.
- Lead, coach and develop the Auckland /BOP Client executive team through clear and effective communication, delegation, and performance management.
- Act as Senior relationship officer to the region’s key accounts
- Contribute to the achievement of Mercer Marsh Benefit growth targets, business plans and objectives.

**We would like you to have**:

- Strong experience within a commercial insurance and risk consulting environment
- Strong business acumen including a well-rounded knowledge of general business function, finance and issues
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization including the ‘C’ Suite.
- Strong organizational skills in prioritizing work, multi-tasking and consistently meeting deadlines.

- 4 plus years’ experience within Insurance broking
- A sound understanding of business and organisational risk management
- Prior experience managing a portfolio of complex accounts
- Thorough understanding of all aspects of insurance and strategic client engagement
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
