We are an Established Furniture Retailer - Lifestyle Furniture with 6 Stores nationwide and we are looking for a superstar Customer Coordinator.

**Role Description**:
We're seeking a highly motivated Customer Coordinator to join our team and help us provide exceptional customer service to our customers and Stores. As a Customer Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our customer’s phone queries, and after-sales services requests are met in a timely and professional manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and support requests
- Provide product information and support to customers, raise service tickets, and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner
- Managing and processing Online Customer orders.
- Working closely with the Regional Manager and Distribution Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities to improve our products and services based on customer feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams with Stores to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Handling website inquiries and checking Social Media posts.

**Skills**:

- Good Computer operating Knowledge.
- One plus years of experience in a customer service or customer support role, preferably in retail store operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Able to work independently
- Team player
- A positive attitude

**About the role**:
Based in Puhinui - Manukau, Auckland.

Hours: Full time - 39 Hours

**Salary**: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manukau, Auckland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
