**About the client**:
With a legacy spanning three decades, they are a leading provider of workwear solutions for various industries, including corporate attire, hospitality uniforms, school clothing, sporting clubs, and casual wear. They work with some of the largest clients in New Zealand and are on the lookout for a passionate Account Manager to strengthen these partnerships.
**About the Role**: As an Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding the client base in the North Island.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Cultivate and enhance existing customer relationships to bolster sales figures.
- Introduce and promote new product ranges to clients.
- Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Carryout engaging sales presentations to showcase products and services.
- Attend trade shows and industry events.
- Work towards, and exceed, sales targets to drive financial results.
**About You**:
- Sales and account management experience in a similar industry
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving sales objectives
- Strong negotiation skills and results driven
- A valid driver’s license
