**About the role**

This role supports programme and project delivery by developing, maintaining and continually improving the Auckland Transport project management framework and tools. You will support project and programme managers by training and guiding them in the usage of the framework and tools, plus undertaking reporting and monitoring of project and programme performance against the framework and AT's strategic objectives.

To be successful in this role you will be committed to championing best practice in project management, while developing and maintaining tools and processes that are simple, add value to our project and programme managers, and are easy to use.

**About You**
- You will have a good understanding of project management processes within complex infrastructure/construction projects.
- Highly organised. Plans and prioritises well and manages time to focus on the most important activities.
- Experience of working in partnership with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to create excellent services.
- Experience in supporting the delivery of significant change programmes, including internal staff training.
