Ando is a multi-lines insurance business and sell our policies through New Zealand’s leading insurance brokers.

**The role**

We are looking for a passionate and visionary Team Leader to join our Claim Recoveries team based in Auckland. While prior experience in Claim Recoveries or collections isn’t essential, your leadership skills and growth mindset are what set you apart.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and inspire a team of skilled professionals to achieve exceptional outcomes in Claim Recoveries.
- Foster a culture of innovation, challenging traditional approaches to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and ensure alignment with broader company goals.
- Provide mentoring and support to help your team thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications and experience**
- Proven experience as a people leader with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Insurance experience is highly desirable but not essential—we value diverse perspectives and transferable skills.
- A future-focused mindset, ready to explore new ideas and embrace change.
