**About the Job**

Due to sustained national growth, we are seeking a PMO Coordinator to join our National Delivery team to not only ensure that project management processes, tools and templates are followed but are fit for purpose. You will work alongside our project and governance teams across New Zealand to ensure the successful delivery of projects. We are looking for someone special to help us take our project management framework and staff to the next maturity level; a true opportunity to make your mark.

**Skills You Will Need**

Being an integral member of our team, you will enjoy both supporting and developing staff in good project management practices. An enquiring and open mindset is essential to dig a little deeper to uncover root causes of risks and issues; and of course, opportunities to mitigate them. You will be confident in communicating with all levels of our business, with presenting and facilitation skills being a key benefit to the role.
- A qualification in project, program, or portfolio management
- At least two years’ experience in working in a PMO environment
- Competence in Microsoft Office including MS Project (SharePoint advantageous)
- Outstanding written and oral communication
- A keen eye for detail to ensure high quality work
- Calder Stewart recognise vaccination is one of the key controls to reduce infection and transmission of COVID-19 for all employees. If you are successful in this role, you will be required to be double vaccinated before commencing employment. Your vaccination status will need to be verified prior to coming on site._
