Management experience is a plus, and a passion for people is a must. You'll have a minimum of two years’ experience in a Front of House role and will be no stranger to working in a busy bar environment, managing flexible hours across the week. As someone who loves leading from the front and supporting your team as they grow and develop, you’re happy to get stuck in and work alongside your peers, guiding them as required to help create a top tier environment in your Star Group establishment.
