We have a very rare and exciting role within the Sales and Marketing team: Director of Sales - Hotels & Sky Tower and so we are looking for an exceptional sales guru to fill some pretty big shoes.

Reporting to our GM Sales & Marketing (that's her in the video), the position is all about visitation, achieving revenue and profit objectives along with leading a great team.

**What will I be doing?**
- Manage significant budget and revenue spend
- Strategic planning
- Forecasting
- Leading a driven sales team
- Contracting new and repeat business
- Sales reporting
- Maintain partnerships and seek new business relationships

**What do I need to be successful?**
- Proven success of leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets
- Track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Ideally Hotels, Hospitality, Entertainment sales experience
- Strong negotiator and influencer
- Strategic thinker
- Experience with sales tools and platforms
