**What you'll be doing?**
- Be the Branch Manager’s right-hand person in overseeing branch operations including vehicle repairs and maintenance, fleet management, vehicle bookings ensuring effective and efficient processes and procedures are consistently delivered
- Lead and mentor the team to achieve team objectives
- Manager rosters and ensure the team is adequately resourced by recruiting and retaining the right people
- Continuously build a dedicated, customer centric and passionate team that align with our JUCY values, vision and strategy

**To be successful in this position you will need**:

- Minimum of 2 years people management experience across diverse teams.
- Experience in rental campers/cars, tourism industry
- A proven background in successfully championing change - successfully improving systems, processes, capabilities, individual mind sets and culture
- Experience in delivering high levels of customer service
- Proven examples of leading & positively influencing a high performing team to
- Proven experience in budget management and rostering of staff
- Proven success in managing workshops and/or Fleet management
- Sound knowledge of vehicle compliance
- Vehicle sales experience
- A full driver's license
- Available to work or a 7-day rotating roster and public holidays.
