The TEC's Information Directorate delivers a wide-ranging capital programme of work and needs an experienced Applications Analyst with a core portfolio of Dynamics 365. This role is a permanent role. **He angitutanga**:_About the Role_ - Provide guidance or training to users including enhanced levels of support following new/updated software releases. - Helping the business to maintain D365 and implement any configuration requirements. Translating business requirements into system specific requirements for changes to production systems - Taking responsibility for supporting those processes and systems once they have been successfully implemented. - support the continuous improvement of the system to achieve the desired business outcomes. This is a Wellington based role only due to anchor days in the office with the wider team. **He korero mou**_:_**_ What we are looking for:_ D365 is integrated with our telephony and digital messaging platform, Genesys Cloud. This role builds and maintains a strong link between the business of TEC and the required outcomes, through a sound understanding and capability of processes, data and technology.
