Are you a Business Advisor, with experience in supporting leaders to complete business planning, accountability and reporting activities, and support and lead initiatives? Do you enjoy working flexibly and tackling new challenges on a day to day to meet the needs of the team?

Reporting to the Business Manager within the Customer Delivery Business Management Team, this Senior Business Advisor position works with a small cohort of Business Advisors to provide support to senior leaders and their leadership teams across the group alongside our corporate partners. The Business Advisor works as part of the business group to support the delivery of high-quality corporate and operational activities. You will focus on helping to deliver on the business plan, and on improving the functional teams performance.
This role salary band is between $95,846-$129,674, and could be based in either Wellington, Christchurch or Hamilton.

- Be experienced with contributing to business planning and reporting tools in a customer focused environment
- Be a strong communicator, and natural networker, so you can bring all the pieces of the puzzle to the table and ensure relevant information is appropriately shared across the team
- Operate with an ecosystem view of systems, people, and processes in order to provide valued insights to Leaders
- Demonstrate the ability to partner with, coach, and mentor your peers and managers to ensure everyone has the skills and knowledge to succeed
- Have proven experience managing projects and improvement initiatives and working collaboratively within a team to meet objectives. Driving success through your own output as well as through the delivery of others.
- Have worked at a senior level within a Government/Corporate environment where you have been managing business processes in an adaptable and agile way
