Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join a global company in a role where you will enjoy variety and be comfortable managing competing demands. Based on reception, and supporting an office with over 100 team members, no two days will be the same. At any time you could be answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, organising couriers or receiving deliveries.

**About The Role**:

- General administration support to the office
- Handling the phones
- Ordering stationery and other office supplies
- Ordering office supplies like coffee and milk
- Helping organising events

**About You**
- Exposure to administration or reception work
- The ability to manage workloads
- A proactive approach to tasks, no micro-managing
- Strong people skills that allow you to develop effective relationships both internally and externally
- Attention to detail
- Able to use initiative and past experience to think creatively and develop new ways to improve current methods
