**What you'll be doing**

Working alongside another receptionist you will be the dream team managing front of house responsibilities together. You will be the first point of contact for visitors to the organisation and will manage the following:

- Meeting and greeting clients and providing refreshments
- Answering phones and transferring calls
- Maintaining stock
- Ordering stationery
- Keeping the reception area presentable and tidy
- Meeting room booking management/meeting room set up
- Filing and archiving
- Ad hoc administration
- Assist with the effective running of the office day to day
