- We are seeking an experienced **Operations Supervisor** to provide strong leadership and ensure effective operational delivery within the branch. This role is critical in supporting people performance, client outcomes, and continuous improvement.
** About the Role**
- The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading teams, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing rosters and payroll, and ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual obligations.
** Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, coach, and develop team members in line with company values.
- Oversee daily operational performance and workforce planning.
- Ensure services meet client expectations, budgets, and contractual requirements.
- Manage rostering, payroll accuracy, and financial performance of the unit.
- Drive continuous improvement and support change initiatives.
- Maintain strong client relationships and respond to incidents and escalations.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policies.
- **About You**
- You will be a confident and ethical leader with experience in complex operational environments.
- **You will have**:

- Proven experience leading teams.
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- High standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
- The ability to work flexibly and remain effective under pressure.
- 3+ years’ operational experience.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
