ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the segment Programme Manager, the Programme Lead is responsible for end to end programme management of a defined statement of work or specified client on a national scale.
This role will be responsible for fostering valued partnerships with customers/projects, and relevant stakeholders and their respective teams to ensure that works are completed on time, within budget, an deliver to the agreed quality.
The role supports the programme manager who will be the primary point of contact for all clients, ensuring we build a market leading reputation for service excellence and are well positioned for future work winning.
The programme lead also is responsible for developing and maintaining a strong customer relationship and will take all necessary steps to ensure customer satisfaction whilst ensuring internal Ventia teams and subcontractors deliver to the highest standard.

ABOUT YOU
Relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.
Solid experience in project management, project and financial forecasting, analysis, scheduling, or a related field, in a complex, multi-faceted organisation.
Leadership and people management experience required.
Project / Customer ownership
Ability to be a mentor and coach and motivate others
Strategic Agility - Can anticipate trends and future consequences accurately and uses knowledge and perspective to articulate possibilites and likelihoods.
Decision Quality - Makes good and timely decisions, with changes implemented. Sought out by others for advice and solutions. Uses data to inform decisions.
