**About the Role**: As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will supervise, train, and manage frontline staff, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard. Your responsibilities will include visiting clients and conducting site inductions, coordinating relief cleaners, and covering sites when required. You’ll evaluate and report on the performance of team members, conduct regular Health and Safety meetings, and ensure accurate accident reporting.
You will also oversee quality assurance, coordinate periodic work (such as specialist cleaning tasks), and ensure a safe work environment by regularly checking for hazards. In addition, you will supervise daily operations and maintain effective communication with both clients and your team to ensure the highest service standards.
**What We Offer**:
- Hourly Rate**:$27-$30**per hour, plus **$1.50 per** hour for petrol.
- Flexible on-call or casual work arrangements.

- Training provided.
**Requirements for the Role**:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role, with experience handling hard floor and carpet cleaning machines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Unwavering standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and workplace health and safety.
- Full New Zealand driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Property Management Systems.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
