The Asia New Zealand Foundation was founded in 1994 as a non-profit, non-partisan organisation dedicated to building New Zealand’s links with Asia. **The role**

We are looking for a Communications Adviser to join our team in either our Wellington or Auckland Office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about Communications and New Zealand’s connections with Asia.

Reporting into the Director, Communications and Media, you will help plan and deliver diverse communications outputs for Foundation events and activities. You will also work with programme staff and external partners to deliver high-quality communications in relation to partnership and sponsorship activities and help the Foundation’s brand management and collateral. This is a pro-active, hands-on role that requires a process-oriented and methodical approach, broad communication skills, and frequent collaboration with others in the organisation.

**What you will bring**
- Process-oriented approach; excellent attention to detail
- Excellent relationship skills; ability to collaborate with other team members
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; including writing a broad range of content, proof reading, and editing
- An ability to work on several projects at once and deliver to deadlines
- Experience in a similar role, and/or a Communications qualification would be advantageous
- An interest in Asia and New Zealand’s relationship with Asia
