As the Integration and Technical Infrastructure Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful migration, integration, and fit-out of NZIC-owned systems and services in our new data centre. The role requires someone with a proven history in managing medium to large-scale projects/programmes, within the IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will span across various domains, including stakeholder management, procurement, business change, and operational readiness. Specifically
- Scope Management: Define and manage project scopes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, project teams, and senior leadership.
- Interdependencies: Identify and manage interdependencies between projects, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment.
- Migration and Integration: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of migration and integration activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions.
- Data Centre Operating Model: Ratify and implement a robust operating model for the new data centre, optimising efficiency, and reliability.
- Handover to Operations: Lead the transition from project delivery to operational support, ensuring a seamless handover process.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Formal Project or Programme Management qualification alongside experience using multiple delivery methodologies.
- At least 4 years of experience in project or programme management of technical infrastructure initiatives, and data centre domain experience is desirable.
- Strong understanding of migration, integration, and fit-out processes.
- A proven history of delivering complex and large-scale projects on time, on budget, and quality.
- Initiative-taker with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, collaboration, and leadership skills.
