Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
Joining our Data & Digital team, you will lead the on-going design, delivery and management of the organisation's integration platforms and support capabilities (people, process, technology) within Te Whatu Ora. You will be responsible for identifying and prioritising opportunities that improve service experience, efficiency and sustainability or otherwise align with our strategic priority outcomes.

**Some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Managing Integration practice platforms, delivering improvements and enhancements that achieve optimal customer, business and technology results
- Managing cross-functional/programme integration, analysis and assessment of plans and strategy alignment
- Providing team leadership, including mentoring, coaching, and educating the team on integration best practices in integration design and development

This role is pivotal to realising value through development and evolution of our integration capability and is a great opportunity for someone who loves the customer engagement part of the Business Intelligence delivery cycle.

To thrive in our team, you will bring your positive ‘can do' attitude, be proactive and a self-starter who can collaborate well with others. You will be comfortable working with our stakeholders both internally and externally and can easily build relationships with others.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- A tertiary qualification in technology (Bsci, BTech etc) or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years' experience leading integration teams within a large organisation
- An excellent understanding of technical best practice relating to API design, delivery and management
- Evidence managing integration platforms, services and configuration ideally on AWS and Mulesoft/Cloudhub
- Strong communication skills with the confidence and ability to present and defend decisions in a manner appropriate to the needs of the audience

Previous work experience in government and knowledge of the health sector would be beneficial for success in this role.
