**About Us**:
Coffee Suppliers is a leading coffee company in New Zealand, specialising in the supply of top-quality coffee machines and consumables to a growing list of New Zealand businesses. We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and oversee daily warehouse operations and customer service to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety in our supply chain processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, overseeing stock control and inventory management.
- Implement and maintain warehouse procedures to optimise workflow and reduce inefficiencies.
- Supervise warehouse staff and daily operations, ensuring productivity and compliance with safety regulations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and manage risk assessments.
- Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide customer service to promptly trouble shoot accounts and fulfilment related queries
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and inventory management systems.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- At least 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role (or a relevant qualification in the absence of work experience).
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
- Clear communication skills and previous customer service experience.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in warehousing and logistics.
- Forklift license (preferred but not essential).
- Strong problem-solving, organisational and process improvement skills.
