**What does the Distribution Centre Manager do?**

Running the Distribution Centre is a fulfilling and demanding job which is why we require a leader of experience. It’s a hands-on position that demands energy, inspiration, and quick thinking. Someone who can lead from the front, coach, and support their team. They embed a collaborative safety culture to ensure everyone goes home safe at the end of the day.

Efficiency comes naturally for our DC Manager, their ability to multitask makes managing day-to-day operations of the warehouse and overseeing stock movements a breeze.

Continuous improvement is always front and centre. The ability to lead project initiatives is an important function of the role as we continue on our path of growth.

Your excellent leadership skills, previous experience leading a team/overseeing Warehouse Operations, along with your keen hunger to take this role to the next level, will see you stand out, but it’s your ability to influence, adapt your approach, communicate effectively, understand the bigger picture, and consistently put your best foot forward when representing the business that will see you succeed as our newest Branch Manager

Your excellent interpersonal skills along with your previous experience in inwards/outwards goods and your keen hunger to learn will see you stand out. Its your ability to work efficiently, accurately, and as part of a team will see you succeed in this role. You are someone who can adapt your approach, led from the front, and use your initiative to find solutions.

This role can be physically demanding, so a decent level of physical fitness is required. Having your F-endorsement is beneficial, but as long as you have your full driver licence, we can get you trained in this area
