We're on a mission to wow customers and help them travel confidently across Auckland. We have a great opportunity in our friendly Contact Centre team assisting Aucklanders and visitors to our city with their journeys as Contact Centre Representatives
So, if you are looking for a VIBRANT and CHALLENGING opportunity to develop and grow as well as have a great impact on customers, then we're looking for you to join the team as a Customer Care Representative (Contact Centre).
In this role you will work on a five weekly rotational roster, scheduled to work eight and a half hours per day between the hours of: Mon to Fri - 06:00am to 08:00pm and Sat, Sun & Public Holidays - 08:00am to 06:30pm

- Being sorry when we need to with our customers but quickly move to provide answers and solutions for them

- Being open and ready to learn new skills and technology that help our customers feel more confident about you, the service you provide and of course Auckland Transport
- Showing us how you are able to WOW customers through your amazing communication skills
- Showing us how your patience with customers ensures they are listened to
- Being an active member of a great team by sharing and interacting for the benefit of all
- WoW meaning customers feeling better and more confident after they've talked with you
