**The Role**
As a Contact Centre Representative based at our Wellington Passenger Terminal on Waterloo Quay, you’ll be the friendly voice and face of Bluebridge. From assisting with bookings and answering inquiries to delivering warm, authentic service, you’ll help create memorable experiences for our passengers.

In this role, you’ll:

- Take and make calls to assist customers with travel bookings, freight logistics, and holiday plans.
- Provide solutions and go the extra mile to meet customer needs.
- Engage across multiple channels, including phone, digital, and social media.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

- Experience in a contact center, travel, hospitality, or freight/logistics industry is highly desirable.

**The Details**:This is a full-time role on a rotating roster, with shifts between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, including weekends and public holidays.
