Job requirement:

- Manage the warehouse team to maintain a high standard of resources utilization efficiency.
- Lead the warehouse team to increase productivity including to give a contructive feedback, to coach and to provide encouragement
- Coordinate the distribution suchs as transportation of products and liaise with the logistic team
- Manage the warehouse's daily operations
- Display a high level of accuracy in organizing orders to customers to minimize customer wait time / dissatisfaction and also a loss in operations cost
- Communicate effectively with the stakeholders to address current issue and to foresee potential issue that may arise
- In-charge of the warehouse procedures including product return and complaint process
- Utilize the warehouse systems to ensure re-ordering and re-stocking at the optimal time, and to consider a delay in distribution that may arise
- Administrative tasks including management of inventory software, cycle counts and stock takes
- Ensuring to comply with the maintanance procedure to maintain the safety and quality of all warehouse equipments
- Minimum a bachelor degree in a business discipline (Preferably a major in logistic and supply chain)
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the similar roles
- A can do attitude to deal with day-to-day challenges
- An inspiring leader who is happy to help the team member to grow
